1. If your paper rolls out but prints blank your paper might be upside down i.e. in a wrong direction. The paper should roll from under as shown in the  left image below.

2.  If it prints but is faded its either your paper is bad, or your print head is bad or dirty. If its dirty you can clean it with a cotton swab as shown in the left image below.

3. If you clean the print head and it still print fades the print head is bad and needs to be changed or you change the entire printer.
